Very nice except I stayed there because of the pool and we couldnt swim at all
for the price it’s great. friendly staff, clean rooms, the other guest were quiet as well. Great selection in the vending machines which came in handy. Would stay again
My room was okay the presidential suit. They treated me and my family very well and gave us AWESOME RATES like INCREDIBLE RATES like rates no other hotel can match for the size of room me and my family had. There customer service more then makes up for the down sides here.
Always friendly service from the front desk. And the housekeepers are very nice as well. So they forgot to put a towel in your room….is it really that big of a deal to have to walk down to the front desk and get one? No. No it’s not. If your life sucks so bad to the point you feel the need to complain about it and shame these workers who are no doubt short staffed and doing the amount of work for two already, the yes, your life probably sucks. Find something else to do other than complain about the work someone else is doing that you sure as hell aren’t going to do.
Stayed 3 nights. Booked the Suite, we were very impressed on the cleanliness of the room. The large mirror and back splash to the whirlpool are very hard to clean and ours was perfect. Whirlpool worked great. Thank you. Very happy with the money I spent for 3 nights.
Welcoming. Warming, polite, courtesy and overall very helpful. I slept so great. Beds soft and comfortable. Water steamy and very hot. Conveniently a Casey gas station is right across the street. Intake concierge is absolutely amazing she does an amazing job checking you in and getting your room. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return
Our recent stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was clean and cozy, providing everything we needed for a comfortable night's rest. The king-sized bed was especially comfortable, and the addition of a balcony added a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy some fresh air. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future
5/18/2024 Made reservations with Tanisha who was very pleasant over the phone, checked in with Ron who was so helpful and kind, such a hard worker! The shower water was HOT, the hotel was full with baseball team kids and we couldn’t believe how quiet it was, we fell asleep right away. In the morning I met Tanisha who was so nice! My boys ate breakfast while I chatted a bit with the lady who tended to the breakfast area, one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. For those complaining about the hotel, this isn’t the Hilton, you’re not paying $240 a night, it’s not perfect, sure it could be updated in a few places but it wouldn’t be affordable and again you’re not paying $240+ per night. If you want affordable, with a huge pool, hot breakfast, convenient location and some of the nicest people, this is your spot.
